All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note that product availability is confirmed with each local maker after your order is placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if an item is unavailable.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us before purchase.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (where available)

Please note these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary based on the individual maker’s dispatch time and courier services.
3. Multiple Shipments
As we work with multiple independent makers, items in your order may arrive in separate packages.
4. Local Pickup
We currently do not offer local pickup. All products will be shipped directly to your chosen address.
5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [insert contact email] with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with:

- A photo of the damaged item(s)

We will work with you and the maker to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
